I should apply it in the morning and evening. Even if I forget, I will at least apply it for a day. After the essence, apply it for 10 minutes, massage it and absorb it, then wash it off. 这个面膜 用了快两个礼拜了 觉得适合我这样 老忘记敷面膜的 一盒32片 打开了就要把它用完的决心 冬天太干了。早晚都要敷 就算忘记 至少也会敷到一片一天 精华液以后敷 10分钟后按摩吸收后 把它洗掉 自我感觉皮肤没那么干了 细纹也没那么明显 很补水 ！
