【I】大龙燚自助火锅（菜多版）Plus 350g

final week stress eating又双叒爆发，复习地时候旁边不放点零食嘴里不嚼点东西饮食不紊乱完全静不下心看书好么。。感觉一学期的肉都涨在这期间了

于是。。今早起床在泡面箱里挑挑拣拣，一眼就相中了大龙燚 当早餐。。

嗷————受不了了，图片加载得太慢。。所以就全放上来一起说啦
外面包装盒上有步骤，把菜全放进去后觉得太素了就放了一片午餐肉，加完水后觉得还是太素，等火锅水开的时间又去煮了个鸡蛋，感觉营养跟上了
【菜】
菜的部分有笋，藕片，木耳，海带，土豆片，主食火锅粉，很少 根本吃不够哇，于是又去微波了一小盒米饭，这样一搭配简直满分了
【味道】
有点淡，后来加了两勺醋才稍微好点
个人总结 分量和味道有点对不起这个价位啊OvO 倒不如多囤点隔壁的某冒&*^%

最后再安利大家这个果汁，酸酸甜甜清清凉凉的自带果肉口感极佳，放冰箱里冻一会效果更好
