The recipe is based on amanda, and I made a little change in my own production method, because the dark chocolate melted according to the recipe and solidified in this weather, it is too thick and flowing No opening😂😂 I melted the chocolate twice for the first time, which also led to a little bad in the final sale.

The ingredients are very simple, two plates of dark chocolate 200g, white chocolate 60g, milk 40g, brandy 15g (you can try it yourself, I don't really like to eat wine with a strong taste 😂 Yes A little wine is very fragrant)

Dark chocolate is melted in water. Originally, the recipe was to melt half of it in water and then use the residual temperature to melt the other half, but now it is very cold indoors in winter and dark chocolate has poor fluidity, so it is still It's easier to melt it all.

The white chocolate and brandy really matched well, and because I put a different amount More, white chocolate is also very sweet, and the wine taste is not so strong. The original recipe is 25g of brandy. If you like a strong wine taste, you can add a little more, but I personally think it can be made with less milk and a larger proportion of chocolate. Not so thin to seal.

情人节小情调—酒心巧克力

快到情人节了想做点巧克力送给小情人儿。其实我也是第一次做,做的事白兰地口味的酒心巧克力,卖相稍微有点差但收获的评价很好,我自己也觉得很好吃。做的时候尝了不少酒心馅现在还有点点醉哈哈哈



方子是参考amanda的,自己制作方法做了一点改动,因为黑巧克力按照方子离火融化这个天气一下就凝固了,实在是太稠了流动不开😂😂我第一次做融了两次巧克力,也导致最后卖相有点差。

材料很简单就黑巧克力两板200g,白巧克力60g,牛奶40g,白兰地15g(自己看着尝吧我不太爱吃酒味特别浓的😂有一点酒味就很香)

模具在amazon买的,9.99包括一个挤巧克力浆的小容器蛮方便的。

黑巧克力隔水融化,本来方子是隔水融化一半再用余温融化另外一半,但是现在冬天室内很冷而且黑巧克力流动性比较差所以还是全部融化比较方便。

然后倒入模具大概一半的量来回把内壁填满,倒扣之后晾凉等巧克力凝固,也可以放入冰箱这样快一点。这样外壳就好啦

牛奶微波炉加热之后倒入白巧克力搅拌融化,再加入白兰地搅拌均匀就做成酒心馅了

倒入酒心馅,稍微晾凉之后再融化一些黑巧克力把上面封口,这一步可能会把酒心挤出来,刚开始就少放一点酒心会比较好操作,最后把上面抹平放到冰箱晾凉再脱模就成型了

第一次做虽然有点丑丑的而且底下也没有完全抹平,但是口味还是不错,白巧克力和白兰地确实很搭,而且因为我放的量不多,白巧克力也很甜,酒味就显得不那么浓啦,原方子是25g的白兰地量,喜欢酒味浓的可以多加一点哦,但个人觉得牛奶可以少一点,巧克力比例大一些做出来不会那么稀不好封口。
