Stir-fry red bean paste yourself!

红豆Sand is a very useful thing. It is usually used for making dumplings, making dorayaki, steaming rice with eight treasures, and making bean paste buns. I used to buy Wang Zhihe's 红豆 sand from Yami, and the ready-made ones are very useful, but they have been out of stock recently. After waiting for a long time, I decided to fry them. I thought it was very complicated, but in fact, it took less than 10minutes to operate.




🌟The 红豆 I bought from Dongzhiwei is very large and of good quality. Soak in warm water in advance, I soaked for eight hours.

🌟Put it into the rice cooker. I use soup, which is two hours.

The ratio of water to 红豆 is that the water submerges 红豆, just about one more finger joint.

🌟After cooking for an hour, turn on the rice cooker, throw in rock sugar, cover it and let it cook.

🌟When the two hours are up, open and smash the beans with a spatula.

红豆沙自己炒起来!

红豆沙是一个非常好用的东西。平常用来包粽子,做铜锣烧,蒸八宝饭,做豆沙包都非常好吃。以前在亚米上买王致和的红豆沙,现成的很好用,但是最近一直断货,等好久等不来,就决定自己炒了。原来以为很复杂,其实,总共操作起来不到10分钟。




🌟我买的东之味的红豆,很大颗质量很好。提前用温水泡,我泡了八个小时。

🌟放进电饭锅。我用的soup,也就是两个小时。

水和红豆的比例就是水淹没红豆,多出来差不多一个指头关节就好。

🌟煮一个小时后打开电饭煲,扔进去冰糖,盖上接着让他煮。

🌟两个小时时间到了以后打开用锅铲戳烂豆子。

🌟炒锅开火,倒油(多一点豆沙很顺滑很细腻,少一点很干但很健康)油热了扔进去煮好了戳过的豆子

🌟炒,我炒了大概七八分钟,从最开始很稀慢慢变成豆沙。越来越稠。就好啦




炒好的红豆沙。我炒出来颜色没有很鲜艳,自己加了个滤镜。



同理应该可以做绿豆沙吧
