🐙 Japanese Takoyaki 🍡

I used to like to eat takoyaki when I was in China. Every time I saw it, I couldn't help but eat several skewers. But when you go abroad, you can't eat it anymore, so you can only do it yourself! ! 😂😂


Prepare some materials on Yami and amazon and start working La!


Crafting materials

🥛Water (room temperature) 12oz

First, take a group photo of the required items



Clean the octopus, remove the guts, and cut it into small pieces.



Cut1-2 cauliflower florets and shallots into small pieces as well Granular spare.



Takoyaki powder with two large eggs



Add water and mix well. If you feel powdery after stirring, you can sieve it before using.



Then take out the takoyaki plate and preheat, brush with a thin layer of oil.


In fact, I recommend this simple model. It uses an open stove, and the temperature can be controlled by yourself. I don't think it is so easy to use the takoyaki machine that is directly heated by electricity and cannot control the temperature. It's easy to overdo it if your hands are slow...



Put in8-9the full portion of takoyaki powder, then add Diced broccoli, diced shallots and octopus, if it overflows at this time, there is no problem.


Fry the bottom until golden brown and start to turn white around the edges, then use a bamboo skewer to flip each ball on its side90< span class="s1">degrees, and then add some slurry for filling



Then turn to the bottom again (PS If the balls are not full or formed , you can add a little more slurry), fry the meatballs until the skin is golden and round, and then serve on the plate.……



After serving, squeeze a little mayo and octopus ball sauce, then sprinkle with some nori and bonito flakes.


P.S The seaweed should be cut into small strips and sprinkled on! !

🐙日式章鱼烧🍡

以前在国内的时候特别喜欢吃章鱼烧,每次逛街看到都要忍不住吃上好几串。但是到了国外,在外就再也没能吃上了,那就唯有自己动手丰衣足食啦!!😂😂


分别在亚米和amazon上备来了些材料,开始动手啦!


制作材料


🥞章鱼烧粉 4oz


🥛清水(常温水) 12oz


🥚鸡蛋(large size 2


🐙章鱼 4oz


🥒包心菜(椰菜) 1-2


🎋青葱 一颗


🍙紫菜 一小包


🐟柴鱼花片 一小包


酱料


🍛章鱼丸子酱(takoyaki sauce


🍥美乃滋(mayonnaise




首先来个所需物品大合照



把章鱼清洗干净,清除内脏,然后切成小小块。



1-2瓣的椰菜花和青葱也切成小小粒状备用。



章鱼烧粉加入两个大号鸡蛋



再加入水搅拌均匀,如果搅拌后觉得有粉粒,可以过筛一下再用。



然后把章鱼烧板拿出来预热,扫上一层薄油。


其实我比较推介这种简单款,用明火炉,火候大小可以自己控制,那种直接通电受热,不能控制火候的章鱼烧机我觉得没那么好用,要是手慢点就容易过火了……



放入8-9分满的章鱼烧粉浆,再加入椰菜粒、青葱粒和章鱼,如果这个时候满溢出来是没有问题的。


底部煎至金黄,周边开始泛白,就用竹签将每个丸子打侧翻转90度,再稍作添加一些粉浆作填充



然后再翻至底面(P.S 如果丸子不够饱满或还不成型,可以再稍微添加一点粉浆),煎至丸子表皮金黄圆润即可上碟咯……



上碟后,挤上一点美乃滋和章鱼丸子酱,再撒上一些紫菜和柴鱼花片。


P.S 紫菜要剪成小条形状再撒上去哦!!







美美哒章鱼小丸子就做好可以开吃啦!!是不是很诱人呢……😘😘
