【Fried Chicken Kitchen】The super simple cantaloupe custard. I don't like papaya so I made it with cantaloupe. However, because the cantaloupe is relatively hard, the jelly may fall off when it is cut (but it does not affect the taste!) Boil 80g of milk and 15g of white sugar, pour a small packet of gelatin powder into 20g of milk and let it sit for a few minutes, pour in the boiling milk to melt and let it cool. After the fresh cream is whipped, mix it with the milk and pour it into the cantaloupe!

Yami 특선 【炸鸡厨房】之超简单哈密瓜奶冻。我不爱吃木瓜所以用哈密瓜来做啦。不过因为哈密瓜比较硬所以奶冻切的时候可能会脱落(但不影响好吃!) 牛奶80g加15g白砂糖煮沸,把一小包吉利丁粉先倒入20g牛奶静置几分钟,倒入沸牛奶融化之后放凉。 鲜奶油打发之后和牛奶混合倒入哈密瓜就可以啦!
