[Little Coke teaches you how to do it] Childhood memories: Coke chicken wings




Sharing a favorite dish of my childhood through Yami's new thread.

I was a picky eater as a child.

I don't like meat.

But only love this dish.

The sweetness of cola matches the freshness of light soy sauce.

It should be a dish that all children will love very much.

Not only tastes good.

The practice is also very simple and easy to use.













Preparing ingredients:

are common ingredients in daily life.

1. Chicken wings (best of all wings.)

2. Coke

3. Ginger slices, chopped green onion

4. Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce













The tutorial is as follows:


1. Wash the chicken wings and cut them for later use.

If you want more flavor, you can also use a knife to make a few cuts on the chicken wings.






2.Put the cleaned and cut chicken wings into a pot with cold water (cold! Water! Into! Pot! Instead of boiling water first Open and then put into the pot.), add ginger slices and chopped green onion.

Bring to a boil over high heat.





This step is to simply copy the chicken wings with water.

At the same time, use ginger slices and chopped green onion to remove the fishy smell and blood of chicken wings.







3. Cook the chicken wings until slightly cooked.

Let stand until wings cool.



Because the next step is to fry the chicken wings.

If the temperature of chicken wings is too high, it is easy to stick to the pan.

So it's best to leave it for a while.

Wait for the wings to cool completely.







4.Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot.

Fry chicken wings over low heat.





When frying, place the larger ones (middle wings, drumsticks) in the middle and the smaller ones (tips) around the outside.

So that every piece is cooked.







Tips:

If you do a lot at a time.

The pan can be tilted in a circular motion to fry.

Try to make sure each piece of chicken wings is fried evenly.











5.Fry on low heat until golden brown.

Pour the oil out of the pan.



Determine how a side is cooked:

Try flipping the wings.

Fried and easy to flip.

If it sticks to the pan, it will take a while.







6.Add pre-prepared cola, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.

Coke can be added until it covers the chicken wings.

The ratio of light soy sauce to old soy sauce is about3:1.



The reason for not needing salt is.

The saltiness of the light and dark soy sauce is enough for this dish.

Adding salt can destroy the sweetness of cola.

And the essence of this dish is the taste of cola.






7.Bring to a boil over high heat.

Boil the pot and turn to low heat to simmer the chicken wings.



Note that immediately after boiling, change to low heat.

Simmering for a while allows the wings to better absorb the flavor of the seasoning.








8. The last fire to collect juice.

Done.











This dish is delicious with any main dish.

The soup tasted really good too.

小时候比较挑食。

不喜欢吃肉。

但唯独喜欢这道菜。

可乐的甜,搭配生抽的鲜。

应该是所有小孩子都会非常钟意的一道菜了。

不仅味道好。

做法也是非常简单,容易上手的。













准备食材:

都是日常中常见的食材。

1. 鸡翅(翅中最佳。)

2. 可乐

3. 姜片,葱花

4. 生抽,老抽













教程如下:


1. 鸡翅洗净,切好备用。

想要更入味的话也可以再用刀在鸡翅上划几刀。






2.将洗净切好的鸡翅冷水入锅(冷!水!入!锅!而不是先将水煮开再入锅。),加入姜片和葱花。

大火煮至沸腾。





这一步是为了把鸡翅简单用水抄一遍。

同时借助姜片及葱花去除鸡翅的腥味和血水。







3. 鸡翅煮到微熟出锅。

静置直到鸡翅冷却。



因为下一步鸡翅要入锅煎。

入锅时如果鸡翅温度太高很容易出现粘锅的情况。

所以最好多放一会。

等鸡翅彻底凉下来。







4.锅中倒入适量的油。

小火慢煎鸡翅。





煎时把体积大的(翅中,鸡腿)放在中间,体积小的(翅尖)放在外面一圈。

以便每一块都能熟。







小技巧:

如果一次做的数量比较多。

可以把锅以倾斜打圈的方式来煎。

尽量确保每一块鸡翅都煎的均匀。











5.小火煎至表面呈金黄色。

把油从锅中倒出。



确定一面已煎好的方式:

可以试着将鸡翅翻面。

煎好的很容易可以翻过来。

略粘锅的就还要再等一会。







6.加入事先准备好的可乐,生抽,老抽。

可乐加至盖过鸡翅即可。

生抽老抽的比例大概在3:1



不需要盐的原因是。

生抽和老抽的咸味对这道菜来说足够了。

如果加盐会破坏可乐的甜味。

而这道菜的精髓就在可乐的味道。






7.大火煮至沸腾。

开锅后转小火将鸡翅焖入味。



注意开锅后就立刻换小火焖。

焖久一些让鸡翅更好的吸收调料的味道。








8. 最后大火收汁。

完成。











这道菜不管搭配什么主食都很下饭。

汤汁的味道也非常好。

可以说真的是又简易又好吃了。
