通常看到很多人都是冬瓜炖排骨,既然可以买到水鸭,那就试试水鸭的味道❤️


我们来普及一下水鸭和冬瓜的作用


鸭,一种日常餐桌上的上乘肴馔,也是人们进补的优良食品。鸭的营养及功效与鸡相仿。但在中医看来,鸭子肉性味甘、寒,入肺胃肾经,有养胃、消水肿等作用



鸭肉是一种美味佳肴,适于滋补,是各种美味名菜的主要原料。含有丰富的铁元素,更容易被人体吸收利用。鸭的绒毛可用来絮被子或填充枕头,还能做成时尚的羽绒服,十分保暖又轻便。


冬瓜


冬瓜是一种常见的蔬菜,其性寒凉,富含多种维生素和氨基酸,有消暑、利尿、消脂、降血压、降血脂等功效,适合一般人群食用。但冬瓜性凉,体虚、有消化系统疾病的人最好不要多吃。



冬瓜含有较多的蛋白质、糖类及少量的钙、磷、铁等矿物质和多种维生素等营养素。冬瓜是瓜菜中唯一不含脂肪的瓜菜,并富含丙醇二酸成分,能抑制糖类物质转化为脂肪成分,又因有较强的利尿作用,可增加减肥效果,故冬瓜又有减肥瓜之称。

准备好食材开始炖汤


先把水鸭焯水备用,把香菇 枸杞 蛏干泡一会洗净













把锅加热 放点油 先下生姜和葱头爆炒几下,接着在入水鸭,加点我最爱的鱼露 继续翻炒几下、在闷两分钟!


然后把炒好的水鸭倒入锅中加入水 加上那些配料 盖上锅盖开火煲!

















十五分钟后......


就保持大火煮十五分钟 然后转小火慢炖一个半小时






很快就一个半小时啦……


这时把切块的冬瓜加入水鸭汤中,继续炖二十分钟😄







又二十分钟过去了……


汤炖的差不多啦😍加点盐(喜欢的话加点福建老酒)本人都会加米酒或老酒❤️


加上葱段完美❤️
