“墨西哥卷”

墨西哥卷材料:
墨西哥卷玉米皮。
牛油果。
洋葱和芫荽
牛肉碎(已经腌制)。
平底炒锅。
牛角 炭烧烤肉酱。
 倒入牛角 烧烤酱。
 一边看电视一边炒肉。
一心两用才能节省时间。
突然,想起我买了“麻辣红油”
(我可是等了许久了啊!,据说主菜一级棒的“神物”)。
到了半勺进去牛肉中。
加入 洋葱和芫荽  
好香啊! 真的太香了!
麻辣红油。
等肉炒熟,就摆一边去,用另外一边去把玉米皮烤熟。
(幸好我没把多余油脂抹掉,我用了玉米皮去吸,汁液)
玉米需要2边都要烤以下
(微微的焦黄)
把肉摆上去。
加上牛油果。和洋葱。
即可上碟。
总共做了7个,
搬运食材上碟的时候,偷吃了一个。
(超级好吃,太美味了)。
剩下6个了。

(必须先洗干净手)
