螺霸王VS好欢螺

说起螺蛳粉,还是从b站看视频知道的。虽然看过n多遍《舌尖上的中国》但是我还是不记得哪一集演的螺蛳粉。当螺蛳粉血洗b站,我也开始种出一片草原,因为怕有味道(原来听说有煮💩的味道),就一直没敢买。最后和家人都沟通好,就开始去网上做功课哪家好,主要说的就是螺霸王和好欢螺两家,我先买的事螺霸王。下面,就开始来给大家对比一下。



螺霸王:整体来说,螺霸王的味道就是中规中矩,对于我这种没去柳州吃过正宗螺蛳粉的人来说,味道可以说是非常好了。就是醋包不是很酸,我还得自己倒点醋。螺霸王的米粉使劲煮也是Q弹的。所以想吃有咬头的,就选择螺霸王。花生很香,腐竹不是很脆,所以把腐竹下锅煮软比较好。螺霸王的卤水真的有中药味。


好欢螺:卤水包是真鲜啊,真的鲜,里面还有螺肉,但是满足不了我这种吃荤的要求。好欢螺的辣椒油是真的辣,但是很香,香辣的味道,醋包里面也不光是醋,还有辣椒和蒜,这个醋是够酸,我一包倒进去吃得只有酸味了。腐竹是充氮气的,和花生米一起装,腐竹很脆,但是花生米不是很香,我不是很喜欢。酸豆角太硬了,咬起来费劲。


   要说一件大事就是关于酸笋的问题,我觉得臭不臭要看个人,臭得程度也是仁者见仁智者见智。我觉得螺霸王和好欢螺的酸笋都不臭,用我妈的话来说就是没什么味道啊,怎么这么夸张。反正我觉得这两个牌子的酸笋是一点都不臭,完全没有煮💩的味道。一开始吓得我只能躲在厨房里关门和外面的世界隔绝我才敢煮,而且不敢端出去吃,只能猫在厨房里,后来我妈进来了我说出去有点臭,她说没啥味道,开门吧,热死了。嗯厨房没空调,只开窗关门没有蹿堂风确实热,热到门上的玻璃有蒸汽。现在我虽然还是躲在厨房吃,但是不用关门,我很开心啊。

我个人喜欢螺霸王多一点,因为不是特别能吃辣,两碗我用的红油量是一样的,但是好欢螺明显更辣一点。而且螺霸王的性价比确实高。
