It's autumn, and it's chilly.

I really want to warm myself up with a few bowls of hot soup.

So I finally opened the Hu spicy soup I bought at Yami.



As a Cantonese, I have never had Hu spicy soup. I just read "The Flower Blooms and the Moon Is Full", and I was curious to try it. I don't know if it's authentic or not, but it feels good to drink. The thickness of the pepper, the spicy star anise and the fragrant flour is just right.



The large package has three packets of powder and three packets of vegetables, which can be made in three batches, which is very cost-effective. Use one vegetable packet and one flour packet at a time. Add 300ml of cold water to the powder pack and stir for later use.



I boiled 1000ml of the soup base with chicken, add the vegetable bag and cook for a while It's ripe.



Finally, add the stirred powdered water, and keep stirring until the soup is solid and thick, and you can drink it. You can drink about three meals in one pot, one bowl each before and after meals, so there are six bowls or more, which is really cost-effective!

入秋了,来一碗热辣辣的胡辣汤暖暖身子

入秋了,阵阵凉意。

好想喝几碗热腾腾的汤水暖暖身子。

于是我终于打开了在亚米买的胡辣汤。



作为广东人,从来没有喝过胡辣汤,只是看《那年花开月正圆》知道了这一道汤,就好奇想试试。喝下去也不知道正不正宗,但感觉挺好喝的,胡椒的辣八角的香面粉的稠,结合得恰到好处。



大包装了有三包粉包和三包菜包,可以分三次做,很划算。一次用一包菜包和一包粉包。粉包加300毫升凉水搅拌备用。



我用鸡肉熬了1000毫升汤底,加入菜包煮一会儿就熟了。



最后加入搅拌好的粉水,不断搅拌直至汤水凝固浓稠就可以喝了。一锅大概可以喝三顿,饭前饭后各一碗,所以是六碗或以上了,真的超划算!
