Yami 특선 【日式草莓蛋糕】 之前特别特别想吃HARBS的时候!! 趁草莓季还没过做了日式草莓蛋糕!!! 太满足了!!!!!草莓太好吃了奶油也调了味蛋糕体刷了酒!!! 明明以前不爱吃草莓现在就想天天吃草莓蛋糕……… 美国这边的奶油是真的有点次所以不调味的话口感真的不大好…… 草莓有几块我浸了酒渍糖水口味会比较有层次 方子下厨房有很多但是我一般都不会跟着方子来 不管是戚风的蛋糕液还是奶油的状态都靠观察…毕竟……鸡蛋大小都不一样 面粉洗水量也各不相同。
