 今天是继续昨天的水果茶2.0版本来 坚持做水果茶其实也是会爱上的 喜欢这种偶尔精致的小生活!最近开始降温啦 秋天到了大家一定要学会戒掉冰饮冷饮了 不仅对肠胃不好 特别是女生的话秋冬湿气寒气也会加重就更不能喝冷饮呀! 多煮一些水果茶祛除湿气 美容养颜 过上健康的秋冬养生生活💖

这款水果茶颜值高 营养丰富~并且水果含有丰富的维生素矿物质和各种膳食纤维等等 补充营养的同时 还可以调理脾胃 排毒养颜 燃烧脂肪~水果茶具有养生功效 不同的果茶具有不同的功效 是一种天然的养生方式~

首先需要准备🍓草莓+🥝猕猴桃+🍎苹果+冰糖
