叉叉一人食之蒸板栗&萝卜炖牛筋&健康早餐

前天晚饭&昨天一天吃的   最近又开始懒了




板栗划口扔进锅水开后蒸15分钟

慢炖锅炖猪蹄牛筋这种真好用啊虽然炖鸡汤排骨汤不咋好用炖这些是真的好_(:з))_


前一天晚上冷冻的牛筋/猪蹄+白萝卜块/黄豆   再加料酒生抽一点糖   吃辣加干辣椒   统统扔进去起床就炖好了


加了魔芋丝   饭都不用蒸了





很久没有健康早餐了


昨天终于又见了点绿
