One of the recent dinners of Cha Cha

No boyfriends and good friends!


Since I lost six pounds, I have started to let go of myself   I want to eat everything


At the beginning of this semester, I went to some seniors and sisters to eat at home one after another   Last week it was time for me to call back


The hot pot I've been eating before    0 span0And I    I plan to do it myself(It's actually to lose weight and eat vegetables for too long    plus no money for that——A lot of hot pot meat hahaha)   Because my fridge is overstocked

叉叉近日大餐之一

没有男朋友还有好朋友嘛!


自从瘦了六斤我就开始放飞自我   啥啥都想吃


这学期初开始陆陆续续去一些学长学姐家里吃过饭   上上上周该我回请啦


之前一直吃的火锅    而我    打算自己做(其实是减肥啃菜憋太久    加上没钱买那——么多涮火锅的肉哈哈哈)   因为自己冰箱囤货超多


量最大的菜是麻辣香锅   因为有不吃辣的人所以做了麻辣酱香两种


麻辣的用的海底捞麻辣香锅调料~




酱香用的黄豆酱和蚝油




光是算上丸子的肉类就有这么多👇🏻






所以做了糖醋排骨






泡萝卜~






小银鱼紫菜汤    之前做榨菜鲜肉月饼剩了一点点肉末   就加了点淀粉酱油盐搅拌上劲了用筷子揪丸子下进去






爆炒鸡杂!!!!剁椒腌的鸡心鸡胗爆炒真的太好吃啦




因为要做的菜比较多(九菜一汤两道甜点)所以下午把要炒的菜先备好罩上保鲜膜


前一天腌的鸡杂和切好的青红椒


鸡杂用剁椒(大量)   姜片   料酒   一点盐抓匀放冰箱过夜




热锅热油倒入鸡杂爆炒    觉得差不多后倒入椒丝断生出锅~~~






番茄炒蛋的准备盘~两个大番茄四个鸡蛋






萝卜炖牛筋   这次牛筋放得超多






梅干菜烧肉    五花肉好好吃啊!!!






饭后甜点是芋圆和蛋糕卷


芋圆里面有仙草冻红豆薏仁和芋圆


之前晒单那个做芋圆就是为这个准备的




这次做的仙草冻比较成型






草莓蛋糕卷   吃饭前一天晚上做的   因为需要扔冰箱过夜才比较好切


新烤盘有点大导致原配方的面糊倒进去烤出来蛮薄的   下次用1.5倍量




特意去买了草莓    其实我不怎么喜欢吃草莓的     但是草莓和奶油绝配啊!!!


草莓去头尾




蛋糕上抹奶油后将草莓一溜儿摆好~




然后把它卷起来~扔进冰箱




第二天切的时候发现有些地方奶油少了🤣




还有多的奶油   装在裱花袋里   弥补一下哈哈哈


不知道为什么我总是喜欢挤💩形状2333333333




这顿饭吃超撑!!!那天我从晚上六七点开始吃   十一点半我还在啃泡萝卜皮哈哈哈
