工具:象印焖烧杯 (我的是750ml粉色款)

材料:薏米,赤小豆,开水


步骤:


1. 薏米放锅里炒5分钟。锅里不需要放油,直接小火干炒5分钟。一定要小火!


2. 炒好的薏米和赤小豆放水里泡 至少20分钟。


3. 用开水预热焖烧杯。


4. 把泡好的薏米和赤小豆 放入焖烧杯里,倒入开水。盖上盖子。


5. 等待 一晚。(我是中午12点放到焖烧杯里,晚上10:30点打开的,效果如图)


6. 直接打开饮用。
