Yami 특선 【鲜花饼—把玫瑰香甜吃进肚子里】 第二次做鲜花饼了…鲜花酱是我在国内买了食用玫瑰做成酱带来美国的 这个鲜花饼是想做了送人的 那天还同时开工了牛舌饼和黑眼豆豆时间有点赶…然后保湿工作没做好! 切记:做任何开酥一定要用湿布盖住!!保鲜膜没用没用没用!! 如果不听劝,得到的结果可能就是—混酥,包不起来,层次不分明各种结果… 但其实鲜花饼牛舌饼这种不需要蛋黄酥那种太明显的表面的层次感所以我一般都会用大开酥来做,比较方便省时。 烤鲜花饼不能时间太长,不然很有可能馅会偏干(图四是第一次做的,明显状态更好😂我果然不能在很着急的状态下做吃的)
