Preparation: Potato Cutting Hob,

                    Green pepper circles

                    If the carrots are big, also cut the hob, this is my leftoverbabycarrots, Just bring it to cook, same thing.

                    Chop the onion, ginger, and garlic

                    A spoonful of doubanjiang

                    Star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon.

                    Soak ribs in water to remove blood.




Add some cooking wine, Sichuan pepper and ginger ribs and blanch.




Clean the surface of foam after blanching. Rinse several times with hot water!




Then heat up the oil, add more, add ginger slices, pepper and garlic to sauté until fragrant, add the blanched pork ribs, and stir fry.


Put in rock sugar6 or so, and stir fry until browned.


Fry, add bean paste and saute until fragrant, stir well.




Then add hot water, cover the ribs, and add the prepared spices. Cover and cook for 8minutes.




Pour in the carrots, because the carrots are not as easy to cook as the potatoes, so cook the carrots first. Cover and cook for 4minutes.




Pour in the potatoes, add the dark soy sauce, steam the soy sauce, and stir fry evenly.

Cover the lid and cook until the potatoes are soft.




Add green peppers, cover and cook until tender.




Add chopped green onion. Stir fry evenly and you're ready to go!

【秀羊厨房】土豆胡萝卜烧排骨

今天中午做的土豆烧排骨。


虽然好久没做烧菜了,因为忙,但是今天做的也太好吃了!!!


成品如下👇




是不是非常诱人!土豆软糯,微微起焦。胡萝卜香甜可口。排骨也是唇齿留香。。。咽口水




准备工作: 土豆切滚刀,

                    青椒切圈

                    胡萝卜如果是大的也切滚刀,这是我剩的babycarrots,就直接拿来煮了,一样。

                    葱切末,姜切片,蒜稍微切一下就行

                    豆瓣酱一满勺

                    八角,香叶,桂皮。

                    排骨泡水去血水。




加点料酒花椒姜排骨焯水。




焯水以后清洗干净表面浮沫。多冲洗几次,用热水哦!




然后热火烧油,多放一些,放入姜片花椒大蒜爆香,加入焯水的排骨,翻炒。


放入冰糖6颗左右,翻炒炒糖色。


翻炒,放入豆瓣酱爆香,炒匀。




然后加入热水,没过排骨,放入准备好的香料。盖上锅盖煮个8分钟吧。




倒入胡萝卜,因为胡萝卜没有土豆容易熟,先煮胡萝卜。盖上盖子煮个4分钟。




倒入土豆,加入老抽,蒸鱼豉油,翻炒均匀。

盖盖子,煮到土豆软了。




加青椒,盖盖子,煮到断生。




加入葱花。翻炒均匀后就可以出锅啦!
