女孩子们的冬天没有甜品就太没有意义了!毕竟连减肥都不急着在现在减是不是

1 叠加法!
单吃起来太无聊?或者太甜了? 拿起你冰箱里各种水果!蓝莓大小合适可以直接放上去,草莓切切片应该也不怕哈哈哈哈哈
2 微波炉加热!
好像一个张开了口的蚌壳!软软的甜心呀硬硬的壳(现在也不硬了)
3 冰冻法
冰冻差不多两三个小时就可以啦!六个小时就很像真正的冰激凌了!
还是焦糖比较重点啊哈哈哈,这次焦糖要用在两个地方的
0 锅里放糖,小火慢炖到粘稠棕黄色,一定要耐心和勤劳哦!不要糊了!
1 加牛奶让焦糖和牛奶混合起来,要搅一搅。搅完以后要放冷(也可以放在冰水里会快很多不用等啦)
2 鸡蛋打散加到牛奶焦糖里面,用筛子过滤几回。差不多了就可以放在容器里了哦
3 往烤盘里加水!!!!很重要,要加到淹到容器高一点的位置,可以减少气泡哒!
4容器放烤盘里(怕撒的可以先放烤盘里再往烤盘加水)
5 烤箱250 15min
以下可以不干!
6 再熬一次焦糖,重复0
7 布丁烤好,加焦糖,放冷了以后可以再放冰箱!要冷了以后再放!
吃啦!!!
这个用平底锅就能做!为什么照片塌了呢,因为拍照拍太久…………分分秒秒都在塌回去
0 拿2个鸡蛋,分出蛋清和蛋黄。碗里无油无水哦不然白忙活啦
1 蛋黄加牛奶酸奶和玉米油或者色拉油搅匀。油的味道不要太重太奇怪哦
2 低筋面粉和泡打粉筛一下加进去,搅搅搅搅匀。
3 蛋白打发,大鱼眼的时候加一次糖,有明显纹路但不硬的时候加第二次,然后打发到有直角勾勾被提起来的时候
4 蛋白霜那一坨(大概全部的1/3)和蛋黄翻底搅。就是把底下的翻上来这种手法,搅完以后把这一堆倒回剩下的蛋白霜里面继续翻底翻底。
5 平底锅刷油开小火,滴一坨呼糊糊上去,小火的话两三分钟就可以翻面煎啦。最好盖盖子哦感觉比较湿润
6 拿下来之后想加什么加什么。蓝莓!香蕉!蜂蜜!酸奶!冰激凌!请随意!
这个比较适合现场表演,一个是过程很美好啊很贤惠!另一个是这个松饼没办法保存,美好的都是短暂的是不是呀
