It's really easy to do! One packet can make 3 pieces of chicken chops, I made it with chicken thighs, about 6 pieces

2. Coat egg liquid and roll a layer of frying powder, fry one side on medium-low heat for about 10-12 minutes (my chicken has bones, so it takes a long time), if it is already cooked inside, then fry both sides on high heat until crispy

想到炸雞啤酒一定是想到韓國炸雞啤酒,不過此炸雞啤酒非那炸雞啤酒。這次購入的是亞米上購買的
小磨坊酥皮炸雞簡易包,讓半夜想要吃消夜可以簡單上桌。



醃料包兩包、炸粉一包、調味包兩包
做法也真的很簡單!一包份量可以做3片雞排,我是用雞大腿肉去做的,約六片
1. 雞大腿六片,劃幾條開口方便醃製與煎熟,放入 醃料與少許啤酒,醃半小時以上
2. 裹上蛋液在滾上一層炸粉,中小火炸約10-12分鐘一面(我的雞肉有帶骨所以需要時間比較久),如果已經內部熟了再大火把兩面煎到酥脆
3.加上調味粉就可以上桌了!
