Knock on cute chocolate Christmas tree 🎄

This chocolate Christmas tree is what I learned in the kitchen Very easy to operate and Very practical It's easy for bakers and beginners great for decoration on cakes also available separately Pack it as a souvenir for your family and friends☺️

Christmas is coming😍 If you want to give a little holiday surprise to your friends, let’s learn it quickly💪🏻

The materials needed for this chocolate Christmas tree are:

Milk Chocolate (White Chocolate)

Matcha powder

Paper or bar cookies (eg Pretz)

Piping bag

Pipe tip (optional)

Baking Sweets

Baking parchment

Step 1: Melt the chocolate in water first Add the melted chocolate An appropriate amount of matcha powder mix well

Step 2: If you need a friend who uses a piping tip first Put the piping tip into the piping bag minus the excess piping bag in front of the piping tip Then place the piping bag on a tall cup Pour the blended matcha chocolate into a piping bag

Step 3: Place the baking paper sticks or biscuits on the parchment paper first Use matcha chocolate to draw a Christmas tree on oil paper🎄 Then decorate the tree with various baked sweets

Step 4: The chocolate Christmas tree needs to be air-dried until solid before it can be picked up Don't be in a hurry to decorate before the chocolate is dry Incompletely dried chocolate is fragile and easy to break Those who are in a hurry can put it in the freezer layer of the refrigerator to freeze it faster

Notes⚠️

1. I personally feel that this chocolate Christmas tree can be used with or without a piping tip It works when I do it is the basic thin round mouth A piping tip (about 0.3cm in diameter) if you use a piping tip to paint a Christmas tree It is better to control the amount and shape a little

2. The trunk of this chocolate Christmas tree I used Pretz biscuits But there is a very bad thing about using biscuits as tree trunks Just If the cake is not eaten right away Or to wait a few hours before eating or even need to store overnight, it is highly not recommended to use any biscuit-like food as a trunk Because the cookie is inserted into the cake due to contact with the moisture of the cream on the inner layer or surface of the cake The biscuits will absorb water and become soft Therefore it cannot support the weight of the whole piece of matcha chocolate So it is recommended to use other baking materials instead of cookies as tree trunks (you can use baking paper sticks) but if you just want to give this chocolate tree to a friend as a solo gift ignore this 🤔️
