厨艺不够酱料来凑系列之毛哥酸萝卜鸡汤

冬季是喝汤汤水水最好的日子啦,炖煮一锅汤煲,暖心又暖胃。今天小村儿就来介绍这款亚米上买的毛哥酸萝卜老鸭汤料包。




就是这款绿色的包装,买了挺久一直在纠结要不要买一只鸭子来做比较正宗,可是家里人都不爱吃鸭子,最终还是用小Hen来实验啦!汤料包上的介绍说,鸡鸭或者猪蹄,牛羊肉皆可。




背面详细地展示了烹饪步骤,建议煲2小时以上,汤汁味道更好。




打开包装,只有一包酱料包,里面装着汤汁和酸萝卜,一包适合4-8人享用,可以做1.5公斤的肉。我用了1lb多一些的小hen,只用半包酱料包就足够啦!




烹饪步骤:


1. 将小Hen切成小块,在沸水内去掉血水;


2. 将小Hen洗干净后倒入砂锅内,加入1500ml的水,水和汤料包的比例是3000ml水:1整袋汤料包,我用了半包就用了一半的水,两口之家足矣。

2小时后就可以关火食用啦!这个口味就是酸酸的,虽然有红油但是不点不辣,酸味加上萝卜的味道,说实话没有想象中的惊艳,腌制的味道有些过重了,可能个人更喜欢清淡口味吧。





毛哥酸萝卜老鸭汤是一款比较重口的酸味为主的汤料包,喜欢清爽滋补汤汁的朋友们慎入噢!
