大概有好久这个体重了 希望突破50大关
早上吃了麦片(自己煮的无糖麦片,快煮好的时候放牛奶然后加了喜欢吃的水果搅拌着吃)
下午喝了酸奶
一整天柠檬红茶 自己泡的
