B soy milk 100ml, dark chocolate 1 plate (120g)

C medium flour 48g, cornstarch 32g, cocoa powder 20g, a little baking powder (optional)

Optional ingredients: vanilla extract, chopped walnuts, raisins, sliced almonds. . I want to make sugar-free so I didn't add nuts and dried fruits, but if I want more texture and taste, I recommend adding chopped walnuts~

「炸雞廚房」🥗豆腐布朗尼🍫健康解馋两不误

/滴,打卡第6天/今天教一個低脂無糖的布朗尼,想吃甜點又怕胖的寶寶可以吃起來😝(雖然我的初衷是想吃甜食又怕長痘痘🤣🤣🤣)

本人真的是超级爱吃甜食的一个人,但是因为半年狂长痘痘,所以很少吃糖了,虽然真的皮肤好了很多不过很久不吃甜食根本受不了。

之前做过一次豆腐布朗尼,这次又改进了一些,真正做到无糖,没想到做出来意外的好吃。

*不过我为了无糖用了100%的黑巧克力,建议大家用到70%左右的,不然可能会觉得太苦。

材料:

A 南豆腐一盒(400g左右),鸡蛋2个,stevia 50g(可以換成白砂糖如果不喜歡stevia的餘味,其實熱量不會很高只是我一吃糖就長痘所以一直都用這個🤣🤣)

B 豆奶100ml,黑巧克力一板(120g)

C 中粉 48g,玉米淀粉 32g,可可粉20g,泡打粉一点(可不加)

可选配料:香草精,核桃碎,葡萄干,杏仁片。。我想做无糖的所以没有加果仁和干果不过想要口感和味道更丰富很推荐加核桃碎~

2. 巧克力切碎加豆奶,小火煮融化(用微波炉也可以),其隔水融化是最好的啦,我比较懶
