⭐️Breakfast punch day1
Breakfast is still used to eat something hot. Frozen rice, cook a bowl of quick red dates and walnut rice porridge, add some brown sugar and keep it warm all morning.

Red dates, walnuts, brown sugar, rice
❤️Steps:
1. Prepare the rice one night in advance, wash and soak the rice for 1 hour. Drain and store in a ziploc bag and place in the freezer to freeze.
2. Put the frozen rice into the pot the next morning, add 2-3 times the amount of water, and add other ingredients. After the water is boiled, cook for 15-30 minutes, you can eat it after a little simmering~
💖Sometimes some glutinous rice is added to make the porridge more sticky.

⭐️早餐打卡day1
早餐还是习惯吃点热热的东西。冻好的大米煮一碗快速的红枣核桃大米粥,加点红糖一早上都暖暖的。
🌟材料:
红枣、核桃、红糖、大米
❤️步骤:
1.提前一晚准备大米,将米洗净后浸泡1小时。沥干后用保鲜袋装好,放进冷冻室冷冻。
2.第二天早上将冷冻好的米放进锅中,加2-3倍的水,放入其他材料。水烧开后煮15-30分钟,小闷一下就可以来吃啦~
💖有时候会加一些糯米,让粥吃起来口感更粘稠。
