一碗清爽高钙汤,妈妈的爱我知道


今天在碳循环的无碳日,要补充多一点钙来帮助身体吸收!想起国内妈妈有的时候会很快做一碗紫菜虾米榨菜汤,就想自己也试一下!








1. 一个番茄切小块(一小碗汤用一个中等偏小的就够了),放一点点油先炒一下,炒一会儿加点盐,加榨菜了,这样比较方便番茄出汤。汤出了挺多了加水(这决定你的汤有多少哦!酌情哦!)加虾米等沸腾。


ps榨菜是麻麻怕我们出去玩的时候没得吃的带着的,我们在黄石几天都是自己做饭啊!!好厉害!!!





2. 炒番茄的时候可以把鸡蛋打散了,也可以加一点料酒。一小碗一个鸡蛋(我实在不知道还能更少吗)


3. 等到番茄汤沸腾以后再烧一会儿(据说茄红素会煮出来),转到小火(小火才能让蛋花浮起来哦),拿装有蛋液的碗慢慢沿着锅边划圈倒蛋液,倒完以后不要搅拌,关火盖盖焖两三分钟。






4. 等蛋花差不多成型了你们,抓一把紫菜散散得扔进去,不要搅拌,要是浮起来了拿铲子稍稍往下压一点。要是拿的紫菜不太好软化也可以盖盖子焖一下哦!





6. 等看到紫菜也浸透软了以后可以搅一搅了。或者我不搅直接从锅里倒小碗里也有同样的效果哈哈哈哈
