红枣枸杞三胶羹|吃出嫩滑胶原肌
红枣枸杞桃胶雪燕雪莲子糖水羹,真的好好吃😋!不担心发胖,还满满的骨胶原,关键还不贵!
桃胶如果冻般的Q弹滑口,雪莲子香糯爽滑,雪燕滑溜溜的拉丝有点像燕窝的口感呢!
材料:桃胶、雪燕、雪莲子、红枣、枸杞、冰糖
做法:
1. 提前发泡桃胶、雪燕、雪莲子,发泡12-24小时
2. 清洗干净桃胶、雪燕、雪莲子,冲洗一下红枣和枸杞
3. 锅里放入桃胶、雪莲子和清水,大火滚开后转小火
4. 20分钟后,加入雪燕、红枣和枸杞
5. 10分钟后,加入冰糖,再煮10分钟即可
🔅雪燕的发泡率高达至30倍,比桃胶更厉害!不能煮太久,会被溶化
🔅雪莲子发泡不会变大
🔅清水是食材的两倍
