# 三食三餐 #
海参炖蛋,需要的食材:一只海参,三个蛋,葱绿
需要的酱料:盐,鸡精,生抽,麻油
烹饪步骤:
1. 将一只乌参切半,一半切粒,另一半保留;
2. 打入两个鸡蛋,搅拌均匀,加入盐和少许鸡精;
3. 加入海参粒和葱绿,静置到蛋液表面没有气泡,闷上保鲜膜,进蒸锅8分钟;
4. 待蛋液底部凝固,表面仍旧稀释时加入另外半根完整的海参,继续蒸5分钟;
5. 蒸熟后,倒一些酱油和麻油。
我这次蒸的蛋羹时间有些过,表面就会呈现小气孔,宝宝们一定能做的比我更好。蛋羹味道还是很不错哒!乌参好吃!Q弹爽脆兼具!想想乌参的好处,多吃还能预防三高,真的棒!
