在华人超市有一款格林兰鳕鱼片超好吃,烹饪方式也很简单,因为鱼肉本身一点不醒,口感还很嫩,不但可以煲汤清蒸,还可以香煎后淋上酱汁。
1. 先将鳕鱼切片,用盐腌制一下;
2. 双面煎熟;
3. 倒入酱汁(韩国烧烤酱+蒜蓉),焖两分钟;
4. 装盘撒上葱花就搞定啦!
