「食谱」红烧金鲳鱼
搜集了冰箱里所有食材做了红烧鱼和虎皮青椒
还有一点煮火锅剩下的火腿和豆腐就一起加进去了~
事实证明,烧鱼的时候加点豆腐,豆腐真的会好吃爆炸
豆腐瞬间被我俩一扫而光😍
🐟材料:金鲳鱼一条,葱姜蒜,料酒,冰糖,生抽老抽
🐟步骤:
1. 鱼洗净刮鳞去除内脏和腮,改刀
2. 盐,料酒,姜腌制15分钟
3. 擦干鱼上的水,中小火煎至金黄,然后鱼拨到一边,把葱姜蒜炒香
4. 加入生抽老抽,料酒,冰糖
5. 如果拌饭的话加水刚刚没过鱼身,不拌饭就没过鱼身一半。水烧开后尝味道,觉得可以就加入豆腐火腿,中火焖煮20分钟
我还加了一点点辣椒,就提个味
红烧鱼真的超级下饭,用来拌米饭可以吃两碗🤣
豆腐本来就和鱼很搭,吸满了红烧汁更是美味
为啥没人发明一个红烧酱,可以直接用来拌饭的那种?
