美味牛腱子两吃
周五下午炖的牛腱子肉,晚上吃的冷切,简简单单淋上蒜蓉配六月鲜酱油,超级好吃。
炖肉步骤也很简单:
1. 凉水下锅煮开,目的去血水,放几片姜。
2. 高压锅压,炖肉程序,放大葱段、盐、老抽和料酒,水不要太多莫过肉就好。
炖肉剩下的一碗牛肉浓汤汁,放进冰箱冷藏,周六上午拿出来加水下面条,又是一顿大餐。
面条我家一直只买山东拉面,中等粗细,再下点小油菜,起锅前放进牛腱肉,因为已经炖软了不用放太早。

娃也全部吃光光,不过面条我给他涮了一下,怕汤对他来说太咸。
饱腹一顿之后就可以开始周末玩耍之旅啦!有肉垫底体力好,继续暴走起来!
