用做鱼头泡饼的做法先试验了一下🐔
好好吃啊!!!果然泡饼的精髓就是饼!
其实肉本身没有吸了汤汁的饼有魅力
之前吃石斑鱼泡饼的时候就觉得,同样是肉和饼,反而是清淡的面更能凸显出酱汁的酱香。
用的饼是之前自己揉的完冷冻以后的面团~(对就是配Rendang的那个)
下次做个千层烙饼来配感觉会棒_(:з」∠)_
酱汁的精髓在于一大把花椒!然后用甜面酱,干黄酱,少许酱油料酒和八角以及一块腐乳调成的酱汁炖煮!
饼比肉还好吃不是骗人的!
