疫情宅在家一起来做香甜软糯的南瓜饼778~ 🤤
我又来嚯嚯家里的糯米粉啦哈哈哈!
我爸在疫情前屯了一整箱你们敢信吗…😂
这个仿真南瓜饼口感就是年糕糯唧唧的!
配方没有很多糖不太甜就是南瓜的清香很好吃!
没有技术含量反正大把时间🌝在家做起来吧!

食材:
蒸熟的南瓜🎃200g
糯米粉120g
玉米淀粉32g
白砂糖40g
step1.准备一个大碗将蒸熟的南瓜趁热碾碎,加入白糖搅拌,再依次放入糯米粉和玉米淀粉混合成面团。
Step2.每次只取40g的面团揉成圆形⭕️多揉揉表面就会圆滑了,实在觉得干巴手上沾一丢丢的清水再揉。揉好的面团用牙签或者刀叉🍴压出南瓜的纹理,尽量深一点,不然蒸熟了纹理就不清晰了。最后整形一下插上枸杞做装饰就OK啦!
Step3.锅中加水,放上蒸纸或者是粽叶,蒸10分钟左右。熟透后关火开盖,先别着急拿出来,让南瓜饼稍微风干一会儿这样夹起它的时候才不会粘在筷子上。

喜甜的话可以多加点糖或者包上喜欢的内陷!
家里有粽叶的话用粽叶来蒸会多一些香气!
