用细米粉 代替粉丝 口感更好
而且不会像粉丝那样 特别吸水
缺点是 米粉要提前泡 不然就要煮很久 才能煮软

我没有提前泡,水开下米粉,搅拌几下,焖3分钟就很软了。

羊肉汤 清炖(只放了 花椒 葱 姜 胡萝卜 西红柿)因为有一块大骨 高压了50分钟 然后盛出一部分到小锅里 加水(羊汤太油 加水稀释一下)加米粉 木耳 煮开 再加蒜蓉辣椒(沃尔玛的 公鸡牌的 就行)加醋 葱花 香菜 即可
