食材:牛奶400ml、红茶叶2包、细砂糖25g、吉利丁片4片(约40g)、珍珠粉圆、红糖
ps:
1⃣️食物温度计可以上amazon淘一个
2⃣️吉利丁片提前用冷水浸泡,用保鲜膜包好放入冰箱冷藏片刻
做法:
1.奶锅中倒入牛奶、细砂糖,小火开始温热的时候放入红茶包,等红茶出味和牛奶变深棕色时,开中小火加热至60摄氏度
2.如果奶茶中漏出一些茶叶碎,要过筛4-5次至顺滑
3.从冰箱取出吉利丁片沥干水分,倒入奶茶中迅速搅拌均匀
4.放凉后放在冰箱冷藏4-5小时
5.加入红糖浆和煮好的珍珠粉圆即可开吃
