# 亚米神仙减肥好物 #低油健康美味的豉油鸡腿做法分享
最近买了从亚米生鲜买了好大一包鸡腿,有点发愁吃不完,于是琢磨各种做鸡腿的办法,其中豉油鸡腿以其超级美味做法却十分简单吸引了我,我按照菜谱第一次尝试特别成功,真的是零失败,分享我采用的方子如下:
食材:
鸡腿🍗2-5只(只要锅铺一层能放下就行)
小葱 3根(切成长段)
生姜 6-7片
蒸鱼豉油适量( 视锅底大小决定,我的3qt小汤锅用了150ml,接近1cup)
清水适量(与豉油量1:1)
冰糖适量(根据个人的爱好放入,我这次放了8颗小冰糖)
步骤:
往锅中加入葱段和姜片垫底,按1:1的比例加入蒸鱼豉油和清水,并加入冰糖,汤汁能没过鸡腿的一半就行;
大火烧开后放入鸡腿,盖上盖子,转小火焖约5分钟;
开盖翻面,调中火煮开后再次转小火煮约5分钟,关火不开盖焖约15分钟即可。
做法是不是超级简单呢?最后出锅的豉油鸡腿色泽鲜亮,鸡肉嫩滑,咸中带甜,超级美味,剩余的汤汁配饭简直香到一扫光!这个做法不需要用油,低脂健康美味又简单,喜欢的宝宝们不妨做起来,真的零失败哦!
