A traditional Chinese dissert, made of osmanthus, taro and lotus root starch from Yami!
Lotus root starch can be prepared by simply adding boiling water to the starch, and stir it quickly! It will become a yellowish sticky gel, just having it like porridge or 🥣
Adding osmanthus definitely gives it a pleasant smell. Taro and sticky rice ball are also tasty to add.
