# Happy order Happy life! # Street food from Northeast of China — Grilled Noodles❤️you will love it!! The grilled noodle is a kind of delicious street food in the Northeast of China. It originated in Mishan City, Heilongjiang, China. The noodles are soft and can be eaten directly. I recommended Zhu Dafu’s grilled noodles bought from Yamibuy— they are authentic, and taste super good! Cooking these noodles is relatively simple, but if you make it at home for the first time, you may still face some difficulties. My approach is as follows: 🍀1. Prepare ingredients: grilled noodles, eggs, sausage (ham is also available), green onion, cucumber shreds or slices (optional), lettuce (optional) 🍀2. Put a small amount of oil in the pot, spread it evenly, and warm it for seven to eight minutes (it is better to spray a layer of oil on the bottom of the pot with spray-like oil); 🍀3. Take a piece of grilled noodles, place it on the pan, and fry it on low heat for one minute, spray a few drops of water onto the surface of the noodles (helps the noodles become soft quickly) 🍀4. Break the eggs on the surface and use a flat spatula to spread the eggs flat; 🍀5. At the same time time, I will sprinkle chopped green onion and the seasoning that comes with the noodles on the surface of the egg liquid; 🍀6. After the egg is solidified, it can be turned over, and it will be out of the pan after frying for a few minutes; 🍀7. After the pan is out of the pan, brush the garlic chili sauce or miso on the other side without eggs, and then add sausage, lettuce, cucumbers to roll! The most important thing here is the third step. When the noodles are placed on the pan, the temperature of the pan should not be too high, otherwise it will become hard. Adding a little water can make them softer and they will taste better.
