Great vermicelli, happy life!
This time I try two kinds of vermicelli which are from two different origins in China.
• Nanchang vermicelli
I found one big pack of vermicelli and 7 small packs of seasonings. Following the instructions on the package, I boiled the vermicelli for 12 minutes, but it ended up being a bit overcooked. I also added some cabbage to make it look healthier ;)
I’m gonna try the other one tomorrow!
