马鲛鱼 喜欢它的骨头少,平常多数会做鱼滑吃,就是麻烦点.今日份来个简单点的,洗净切块油炸至熟,然后用朋友家拿的红糟来闷,热锅下油放姜片,两大勺红糟炒一会,加入马鲛鱼,放点生抽、糖、一点点蚝油闷几分钟入味后就可以了.很喜欢这样的马鲛鱼有嚼劲,比生煎红烧更好吃.
