食材
紫薯400g、牛奶100ml、坚果、燕麦100g
做法:
1.紫薯切小块去皮蒸熟15-20分钟,然后捣成泥
2.加入牛奶、坚果和燕麦搅拌均匀
3.挖一坨紫薯泥搓成圆再按扁
4.预热烤箱华氏320度,中层烤25分钟
