肉松酥饼
非常简单又好吃的一款肉松酥饼,材料也是超市都有在卖,准备一盒puff pastry的皮,肉松和味岛,我们就可以开始啦!
皮提前一晚拿出来放保鲜这边,早上做的时候提前十五分钟拿出来室温,把皮摊开之后铺上肉松在撒上味岛,之后再把皮对折起来,边的话我是用叉子一路按过去封口,或者你可以选择用蛋液把边缘涂下粘起来,这样烤的时候就不会弹开了!弄好之后上面刷上蛋液在撒上味岛和芝麻!然后把酥饼切成四块!准备进烤箱啦!
烤箱预热400,预热好了之后放进去烤20分钟就搞定啦!烤好的肉松酥饼香喷喷,又酥又脆超级好吃!
