【炸鸡厨房】香辣牛肉汤乌冬一叮就好,不开火不洗碗你值得拥有
懒人福利来啦!安利这个微波炉乌冬面,一碗万般滋味的香辣牛肉汤乌冬真的可以五分钟搞定而且不用开火,不用洗碗噢。
里面有一个汤粉包,菜包,还有辣油包最后加。
把乌冬面先用热水泡一下,把水滤掉。加入粉包和菜包,重新加入清水,因为要多加料所以可以比原来的水位线多一点。
我比较贪心打了两个蛋进去😂😂😂蛋黄一定要轻轻戳个洞,不然可能会炸。微波炉转四分钟(本来是三分钟但是鸡蛋可能要长一点时间熟,但也根据微波炉的功率自己调整)。三分钟的时候暂停取出来加入广式腊肠片,接着热到四分钟。
满满的一碗乌冬面就好啦!最后加点辣油,我还加了点香菜上去,觉得跟香辣的汤底比较配,不爱吃香菜的可以不加哈哈。
乌冬面口感很好,软且爽滑,而且不会像有的湿面一样有怪味。
汤底很好喝很香,但对我来说偏辣了,后来我又加了水让汤底淡一点。
哈哈哈当然别忘了里面还有超多料,试问有谁不爱溏心蛋,一本满足!
