【炸鸡厨房】用多出来的炼乳代替糖做了花生炼乳饼干,消耗炼乳的好办法,味道不错还有股奶香哈哈哈。
方子参考君之的,黄油120g,炼乳120g,低筋面粉220g,花生碎100g左右,细砂糖20g。
黄油室温软化之后加砂糖打发,加入炼乳搅拌至顺滑再筛入低筋面粉,拌成面团加入花生碎,整形成条后放入冰箱冷冻。冷冻好了切片入烤箱170°烤15-20分钟,根据饼干厚度和烤箱功率改一下就好。考出来应该是非常酥脆可口的哦
