芝士可乐饼
想吃可乐饼,但是不想用炸的?别担心,不用炸的那就用煎的呗!用面包糠代替了油的作用,相比炸的健康一点.....
400克土豆蒸熟压泥
180克鸡肉蒸熟弄成泥
土豆泥加葱花(可以不加)搅匀
加入鸡肉搅匀
拿一小土豆泥,放入芝士(可不加)搓圆
压成饼
面粉-鸡蛋-面包糠(重复2次)
煎至两面金黄(小小的创新了一下,用了pancake pan煎了😁)
成品来咯……
