今天来做一个非常简单易做的养颜美容的《红豆薏米牛奶粥》,材料非常简单、做法也不复杂,红豆和红枣都有补血的功效,加上薏米可以美白、祛湿、又能祛水肿,想要变得美上加美的你还不做起来么?😏😏😏
100克薏米(浸泡两个小时)、100克红豆(浸泡一晚),放入2000毫升煮沸的水里,煮1个小时
(煮了一个小时,我觉得水有点少了,可以适当加一点热水)加入浸泡至软的红枣(8粒)、冰糖(份量看你能吃多甜了),煮15分钟
最后加入300毫升牛奶就OK咯👏👏👏
