Fork of the Day Recipe - Ichiran Ramen and Pan-fried Steak




It's dinner~

叉叉每日食谱——一兰拉面和煎牛排




这是晚饭~



午饭吃得比较急   而且为了吃完我今天出门除了防晒脸上什么也没抹   眉毛都没画🙈





午饭是之前去纽约玩的时候买的一兰拉面~   每顿饭都要有青菜的强迫症我在里面加上了我煮面/炒饭时出镜率最高的芦笋   和一个鸡蛋~    十二点要出门去上学十一点四十开始煮    匆匆忙忙吃完了










另外我觉得芦笋是一种很好的蔬菜~我以前在北京上大学的时候干妈家有时候做有芦笋的菜我还不咋喜欢   麻麻还和我说要多吃芦笋因为芦笋可以抗癌   我也没听   但是现在非常喜欢!!!证据就是过去一年芦笋大概是出镜率最高的蔬菜了   尤其是在各种面啊粉啊里面(另一个高出镜率的是圆生菜)↓↓↓   或者平时炒了肉菜   就配一个水煮芦笋再淋一点酱油或者加honey mustard   美味😆   直接吃也很棒







本来打算晚上煮个鸡汤下粉丝吃   但是今天下了课去打hpv然后又去Wal-Mart买买买   快回家的时候已经快五点了   Wal-Mart的牛排又在打折   于是买了一盒肋眼   有两块   和室友一块吃了~



最开始我做牛排的时候老是两面熟了或者焦了中间还是生的   后来在下厨房上学了煎+烤的方法   可以煎出很漂亮的五分熟~还有一种低温牛排煎法太麻烦了所以我还是选择这个😂






放一下之前做过的煎牛排~


12是我去年刚来的时候做的   别看长得还行其实2里面好像还是生的🤣



34是我上学期期末get新做法后做的   尤其是图4   是不是看起来很赞~   其实4应该快六七分熟了   因为做完了顺便洗了锅放了一会儿就又熟了点



接下来就来介绍一下做法吧~!!!




首先腌制牛排 

牛排常温放置正反两面抹油   撒上黑胡椒   或者自己喜欢的香料   适当给牛排按摩按摩

放置十几分钟后抹一点海盐   ←这个步骤很重要的是注意盐的量以及时间   不要开始就抹也不要太多   不然就会像上面图2的牛排一样齁死厨师😂   下锅前几分钟抹一抹就行啦


然后拍几瓣蒜备用   同时可以预热烤箱375华氏度







然后煎牛排~   热锅里放黄油保持大火   油烧热(因为黄油沸点低所以会一直冒泡泡)放入蒜再放入牛排


大概一面煎两分钟左右   然后翻面再两分钟   这个要看牛排的厚度   我今天买的这个肋眼就挺薄我觉得一分钟就够多了   然后把牛排竖起来把侧面也煎一煎封住肉汁 






然后烤箱也差不多预热好啦~我们把整个锅扔进烤箱   烤大概五六分钟   这个也是要根据厚度来的   上面拼图的图4就是烤五分钟刚刚好   我今天这个厚度的牛排五分钟肯定是过头了



关上烤箱后我们可以烧热水焯一焯配的蔬菜   然后和水果摆盘   没错又是芦笋   还有西兰花~   水果我选了樱桃和当季的黑无花果   是我八月底和九月的trader joe's最爱!!!于是我们得到了↓↓↓



烤好后就可以出锅啦~撒花~~~

一定要小心锅一定要戴手套!!!!!我今天把锅拿出来放在灶上盛出牛排后想把锅里的油和肉汁再倒上去的时候脑抽了忘记戴手套当时就被烫得嗷嗷叫    然后从冰箱里抓了块冰敷着😭

最后分享一下我史莱姆化了的手🌚   这个药也是不错的推荐一下~好像主要就是芦荟胶   专门治晒伤烫伤的    大一我买水宝宝防晒的时候淘宝店家送过小样   上学期期末在Wal-Mart看到在减价就买了一瓶    今天正好救了我🤣








涂上去过段时间会觉得凉凉的   我今天觉得比较严重所以敷了一层之后又挤了一大坨   如果有风会觉得更清凉!!!!推荐家里囤一个已备不时之需   晒伤也可以用~感觉会有非常大的舒缓功效
