作为一个常年把减肥挂在嘴边的妹纸,牛肉干这种高蛋白低脂肪的零食,绝对是办公室必备~且不说牛肉干富含肌氨酸,对增长肌肉、增强力量很有效;也不说它含有足够的维生素B6,能增强免疫力。就说它那嚼劲十足让人欲罢不能的口感,就足以让我想想就止不住口水往下流¯)










山椒味牛肉干最先入口的味道是有点香料的感觉,还带有一点草药味以及山椒的味道,嚼开之后有一点咸鲜味再嚼到后面味道有些回甜。辣味并不是很重,山椒味较为清晰,牛肉干的味道衔接的层次感很好,山椒和牛肉的味道混合恰当。只是有一些块微硬,油较多,碎料会多一些,但是碎料和肉粘合的比较好。
