叉叉这一年做过的美食——杂谈篇2

还有好一些啊啊啊我不想写了好累🤣






我觉得炸酱面也是个偷懒的好方法!做一大碗酱可以吃好多顿!!!!也不难做因为肉末已经不用我们自己剁了


材料:肉末   黄豆酱   甜面酱   香菇丁   黄瓜丝   姜蒜末


过程:


热油锅爆香姜蒜末    然后放肉末加入一点料酒翻炒至变色


加入切好的香菇丁翻炒均匀


加入黄豆酱和甜面酱   黄豆酱和甜面酱的比例是32    可以拿勺子舀比较好计算比例


翻炒均匀熬煮一会儿   加一点点糖   炒匀出锅


吃面的时候加一坨酱就可以了!!!!配黄瓜丝


老北京炸酱面真的不耗酱所以一碗酱真的可以吃好久好久!!!!


不过也不要在冰箱放太久啦







某一日的工作餐(上午下午都有课中午没法回家)


鸡排煎熟加酱油味淋一点点糖就OK    有照烧酱可以直接用照烧酱 


一定要每天都吃蔬菜!!!






  其实我做的水煮肉片一直不怎么辣


最近家里买的干辣椒挺辣的下次试试    还可以加六婆辣椒面


水煮肉片的奥义就是出锅后上面再加一点花椒蒜末辣椒面干辣椒然后热油刺啦——一下淋上去!!!!


另外我爱下面垫的圆生菜!!!!

茄子去籽好麻烦………美国的那种大茄子好多籽………🤣


做茄子一定要拿盐先腌出水把水分挤掉   比较容易入味也比较好吃~
