【炸鸡厨房】超简单巴斯克风烤芝士蛋糕。只要把材料按顺序混合之后烤就行了!我做的分量太大了时间没把握好烤的有点焦哈哈哈哈
材料:奶油奶酪200g,鸡蛋2个,蛋黄1个,白砂糖70g,奶油115ml,低筋面粉5g(我做的这个是三倍料的,九寸蛋糕模具)
1. 奶油奶酪软化之后加白砂糖搅打顺滑
2.分次加入蛋黄,和打散的鸡蛋继续搅打顺滑
3.加入鲜奶油搅拌均匀
4. 加入低筋面粉搅拌均匀
5. 烤箱预热220°C烤20–25分钟,如果分量翻倍多烤一会儿但是温度不要太高,转小火170°C左右再慢慢烤20分钟就可以我感觉
超级好吃很顺滑不会腻,因为面粉比例很少,口感有点像布丁。
